When most people think of fascism they think of how a man used the power for the wrong reasons, that is NOT what fascism is supposed to be used for, it's goal is to create a strong and proud country for it's people.
and by strong country I mean Economy and means of DEFENCE wise. (Offence should very rarely be a concern)
it's a government in which decisions are made quickly, solutions are made simpler, and problems get solved. It calls for a Strong leader in which to make decisions and lead the country or region.
In a democratic government if a problem arises it would take ages to get sorted, everyone knows a case where nothing got done by politicions, however in a fascist government focused on working for it's Citizens, if a problem arose the officials could have the problem sorted out almost immediatly due to the fact of not having to cut through all the "red tape"
In a proper fascist government if an official was abusing his power or not doing his job he would (or should) have been removed from his position and replaced by a more capable person.
a proper fascist government would actually listen to it's people before taking action to make sure what they are doing benefits the country as a whole.
The leader should'nt have absolute power either as there is always the strong possibility of it being abused.
